  3. When maintaining equipment or replacing molds, the power should be turned off.
  4. During the bending operation, the operator should stand in the middle position, lightly touch the two wings of the busbar bend with both hands, avoid placing fingers close to the bending mold and the work surface, step on the foot switch, move the mold forward to the required angle and return to the required angle, and then take it out.
  5. This equipment is only suitable for processing copper and aluminum busbars. It is strictly prohibited to process other materials, otherwise the mold will be easily damaged.
  6. The moving parts of the punching, bending and shearing units need to be lubricated with engine oil before work, once in the morning and afternoon.
  7. The work surface and each unit are required to be oiled and maintained before leaving get off work.
  8. The punching mold needs to be lubricated every 20 times.
  9. The shearing mold needs to be lubricated every 20 times.
  10. The bending mold needs to be lubricated every 50 times.
  11. After the equipment is started, run the machine empty for 15 minutes in winter and 5 minutes in summer before starting the operation.
  12. Check before use: whether the stop bolts of the upper and lower punching templates are tightened; whether the bolts of the upper and lower shearing templates are loose; and whether the bending mold is installed securely.
  13. Non-professionals are not allowed to adjust the travel switch (CNC button), otherwise the machine will not work properly.
