What is the structure of copper busbar punching machine?
The copper busbar machine is mainly composed of the fuselage, workbench, transmission system, bending, punching and cutting system, control system and other parts. What are the precautions for operating the busbar machine?
- Operators must be trained before they can take up the job, and unrelated personnel are strictly prohibited from using it.
- When the machine is running, it is strictly prohibited to extend your hands into the danger zone.
- When maintaining equipment or replacing molds, the power should be turned off.
- During the bending operation, the operator should stand in the middle position, lightly touch the two wings of the busbar bend with both hands, avoid placing fingers close to the bending mold and the work surface, step on the foot switch, move the mold forward to the required angle and return to the required angle, and then take it out.
- This equipment is only suitable for processing copper and aluminum busbars. It is strictly prohibited to process other materials, otherwise the mold will be easily damaged.
- The moving parts of the punching, bending and shearing units need to be lubricated with engine oil before work, once in the morning and afternoon.
- The work surface and each unit are required to be oiled and maintained before leaving get off work.
- The punching mold needs to be lubricated every 20 times.
- The shearing mold needs to be lubricated every 20 times.
- The bending mold needs to be lubricated every 50 times.
- After the equipment is started, run the machine empty for 15 minutes in winter and 5 minutes in summer before starting the operation.
- Check before use: whether the stop bolts of the upper and lower punching templates are tightened; whether the bolts of the upper and lower shearing templates are loose; and whether the bending mold is installed securely.
- Non-professionals are not allowed to adjust the travel switch (CNC button), otherwise the machine will not work properly.

The standard voltage is 3 phase, 220 V, 60 Hz. The voltage can be customized as per customer’s requirements.
What is the lead time?
This depends on our inventory availability and the complexity of the busbar machine. Normally, it takes up to 3 days if we have suitable busbars in stock, and for busbar machines that need to be manufactured from start to finish, we usually take about 7 to 15 days. For complex machines or busbar production lines, we need about 20 to 30 days.

Our payment term is 30% advance payment and 70% balance payment before shipment.
Can you send engineers overseas to perform on-site installation, training or testing services?
