SunShine® MX-602K-7C busbar punching machine is a high-performance CNC busbar processing machine that integrates punching and shearing. The MX-602K-7C CNC busbar punching and shearing machine adopts a straight column mold frame with 7 punching,1 shearing and 1 embossing to ensure the concentricity of the upper and lower dies during long-term use during processing. Feature
Straight column single row die library, consisting of 7 punching mold + 1 shearing mold + 1 embossing mold.
Single-row die library design, with 7 punching mold + 1 shearing mold + 1 embossing mold in the same row to ensure the concentricity of the punching and shearing work. While ensuring the punching and shearing efficiency (40m/min), the precision control can reach 0.1mm/500mm.

6-axis motion system adopts 6 servo servers and 6 servo motors to drive control, with high control accuracy. Among them, the effective stroke of the X1 servo clamp is 110mm, and the effective stroke of the X2 servo clamp is 2000mm. The X-axis motion efficiency is improved by shortening the feed stroke and lengthening the discharge stroke. Max 75m/min (150m/min under no-load condition) in the punching and shearing working state.

German Beckhoff control system has closed-loop control, which has the advantages of high control accuracy, strong anti-interference ability and flexible self-adaptation. What is the voltage of the machine?
The standard voltage is 3 phase, 220 V, 60 Hz. The voltage can be customized as per customer’s requirements.
What is the lead time?
This depends on our inventory availability and the complexity of the busbar machine. Normally, it takes up to 3 days if we have suitable busbars in stock, and for busbar machines that need to be manufactured from start to finish, we usually take about 7 to 15 days. For complex machines or busbar production lines, we need about 20 to 30 days.
What is your warranty policy?
We provide 12 monthly warranty under proper use. will provide remote assistance and send free replacement parts under the warranty period.
What is your payment terms?
Our payment term is 30% advance payment and 70% balance payment before shipment.
Can you send engineers overseas to perform on-site installation, training or testing services?
All machines will be tested and debugged before shipment. In principle, we only provide remote debugging services and remote technical assistance. If it is a busbar production line, we will have technicians on-site for on-site service.
Can we visit your factory or conduct an on-site inspection?
