Busbar punching and servo stopper
SS-30-3CNC PRO busbar machine is also called busbar punching machine because it has busbar punching function. The punching unit of this equipment is equipped with servo systems in the x-axis and y-axis directions, which can realize the function of automatic positioning of busbar punching, and the error is controlled within ±0.2mm. The replacement of punching mold requires manual assistance to rotate the rotating tower, which supports punching of different shapes such as round, square, rectangular, obround, etc., and supports the customization of special shape molds. Busbar cutting and servo stopper
The cutting unit of the SS-30-3CNC PRO busbar cutting machine is equipped with a 400W servo motor and PLC. The PLC accurately controls the Y-axis displacement of the stopper according to the feedback signal of the servo motor, realizing automatic positioning of the busbar cutting, replacing the positioning by the worker’s ruler, and the error is less than 0.2mm, greatly improving the efficiency and accuracy of busbar cutting.
Busbar bending and servo stopper
The bending unit of the SS-30-3CNC PRO busbar machine is different from the punching unit and cutting unit. It supports 6 standard bending modes. At the moment of busbar bending, the stop device will automatically avoid the error within ±0.3°, which greatly improves the busbar bending efficiency and accuracy.

What is the voltage of the machine?
The standard voltage is 3 phase, 220 V, 60 Hz. The voltage can be customized as per customer’s requirements.
What is the lead time?
This depends on our inventory availability and the complexity of the busbar machine. Normally, it takes up to 3 days if we have suitable busbars in stock, and for busbar machines that need to be manufactured from start to finish, we usually take about 7 to 15 days. For complex machines or busbar production lines, we need about 20 to 30 days.
What is your warranty policy?
We provide 12 monthly warranty under proper use. will provide remote assistance and send free replacement parts under the warranty period.
What is your payment terms?
Our payment term is 30% advance payment and 70% balance payment before shipment.
Can you send engineers overseas to perform on-site installation, training or testing services?
All machines will be tested and debugged before shipment. In principle, we only provide remote debugging services and remote technical assistance. If it is a busbar production line, we will have technicians on-site for on-site service.
Can we visit your factory or conduct an on-site inspection?
